Once your sleepover setup is complete, Dani’s Dream Events is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that may occur during the rental period.
We take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, but adult supervision is required at all times while our equipment is in use.
Please review our Safety Guidelines below to understand any potential risks and to help ensure that every guest enjoys a safe, magical, and memorable celebration.
Your $100 party deposit is non-refundable. This deposit secures your date and ensures we reserve your chosen theme and materials just for you.
In the rare event that Dani’s Dream Events must cancel due to an unforeseen emergency, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit and any additional payments made toward your party balance.
Your event date is not confirmed until the $100 deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your party date. If the final payment is not received by this time, your event may be subject to cancellation, and all payments (including your deposit) will be forfeited. We’ll always reach out before this deadline as a friendly reminder!
If one of your guests cancels within 24 hours of your setup time, please note that refunds per tent cannot be issued, as your setup will already be fully prepared and loaded.
Our standard setup time is 10:00 AM, unless other arrangements are confirmed in advance.
We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or reschedule your party. We completely understand that life happens! We’re always happy to reschedule your event to another available date on our calendar.
As a small business, we take pride in preparing, sanitizing, and styling every sleepover setup with care and attention to detail. Your timely communication helps us continue providing magical, high-quality experiences for every client. 💕
We love seeing how excited kids (and even siblings!) get while we’re setting up their sleepover experience — their smiles truly make our day! To keep everyone safe during this process, we kindly ask that children under the age of 10 have direct adult supervision if they’ll be in the room while we’re setting up. Our team moves equipment and décor during installation, so this precaution helps prevent accidents and ensures a smooth setup.
We also ask that pets be kept out of the setup and pickup area for their safety and to protect our rental items.
For sleeping arrangements, please note that we use inflatable air mattresses. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) advises that children under 15 months old should never sleep on inflatable air mattresses, as this can pose a risk of suffocation. Please make sure that no infants or toddlers under 15 months are placed on or allowed to sleep on the air mattresses at any time.

We want your setup day to be smooth, stress-free, and exciting! To help us create your dream sleepover, please review these quick preparation tips before our arrival:
🛏️ Clear the Setup Space
Please ensure the area where you’d like the sleepover to be set up is cleared before our team arrives. Our staff is not responsible for moving furniture or rearranging items.
Each tent setup requires about 3 feet of space and includes a twin-size air mattress, so please plan your layout accordingly.
👧 Supervision During Setup
For safety reasons, we ask that children under 10 are supervised during setup. In our experience, kids love seeing the final reveal — so it’s often even more magical if the setup is kept a surprise! ✨
🧺 Sanitization
We thoroughly wash and sanitize all linens, blankets, and décor between parties. To ensure the best hygiene, please have each guest bring their own personal pillow from home.
🐾 Pets
We adore furry friends! However, for everyone’s safety, please keep pets out of the setup area during delivery and pickup. We also ask that the party space be free of pet hair before we arrive to keep your décor fresh and clean.
We love seeing that your guests had an amazing time — happy laughter and cozy fun are what our sleepovers are all about! As a small business, we take great care to maintain the quality and cleanliness of every item so that each client receives a beautiful, worry-free setup without rising rental costs.
To help us keep our inventory in top condition, we kindly ask that guests refrain from jumping on the beds or tents. This simple rule helps prevent injury and keeps our equipment safe for future parties.
We absolutely love when families bring our themes to life! However, please ensure that nail polish, makeup, slime, staining foods, or any other potentially messy products are not used in or around the sleepover setup area. These precautions help us keep everything looking magical for the next dreamer.

At Dani’s Dream Events, we understand how much goes into planning the perfect celebration — that’s why we make your experience as simple and stress-free as possible. Every booking includes delivery, full setup, and next-day pickup of all party rental items.
Please note that our services are limited to the setup and styling of our sleepover equipment and décor. We do not currently offer event coordination, party hosting, or general cleanup beyond our rental items.
We love helping families create one-of-a-kind celebrations! If you’d like a custom theme, we’re happy to accommodate special requests for a small customization fee (up to $50), which covers the purchase of new décor or inventory. Many clients mix and match colors or items from our existing themes — in those cases, no additional fee applies.
To ensure your experience is seamless, please include as much detail as possible in your initial booking request. This helps us deliver a setup that meets — and hopefully exceeds — your expectations! 💕
